Interdisciplinary project management approach
Greenlight LLC works within project teams, taking overall or partial project management responsibility for permitting, regulatory compliance, environmental management and related services. We prioritize alignment with owners’ management, engineering/construction contractors and specialty consultants. As part of our role on projects we help identify and integrate relevant technical specialists, local or international, managing their scopes of work, schedules and budgets in alignment with project objectives.
